As an Editorial Designer, I create impactful front/section cover pages, daily articles, long form features as well as their artwork/visual that enhance the reading experience of our readers.



Home Truths is an ongoing series since April 2022 that publishes the reader’s experiences with real estate in Toronto and GTA. The artwork is designed with the reader’s illustrated faces to make it more personalized.

The story is about how the reader, Alyson, feels that renovation shows on channels like HGTV, while inspiring aren’t true to the reality of how much it really costs to renovate in an expensive market like Toronto.

Upon seeing a few houses, the negatives of owning a big space become more daunting and they decide to stay in Toronto. But, in the hot real estate market, while they are able to buy a house, they ended up with a mortgage again.
